The perfumes have something interesting.

They smell like seasons, situations and things.

Smell like mother, tours, trips.

Smell of the beach, winter, night, childhood.

The scent of happiness and also of sad moments.

Smell like love of father, grandma’s house, someone special.

Each smell brings us a memory and leads us to a different sensation.

They arouse in us the hope to relive memorable moments and, sometimes, cause a huge nostalgia.

Christmas also has its own perfume.

The season which comes before it has a scent that makes us remember the preparations to celebrate the birthday of our Heavenly Friend.

Jesus, surely, carried with Himself a special perfume as well.

He represented the sweet presence of God together with men and had the essence of the most beautiful love that a human being could carry in his heart.

Perfume of sweetness, forgiveness, indulgence.

Scent of charity and purity.

Essence of kindness and benevolence.

Fragrance of peace.

Extract of meekness, of calm, serenity.

Knowing the human being in its intimacy, Jesus always waited, did not hasten, let Himself be surveyed.

He listened with patience and tenderness all those who approached Him. He externalized thus humility and the silence of His soul.

He came to teach us about true life, vibrant and happy.

His lesson is for all times and all people.

He showed us the path of light, which is the one where we will continue donating love and consoling other people’s pain; illuminating, thus, the shadows in the field land.

A road which we will be able to tread with resignation and sacrifice, but also with deep joy.

He brought to us the message of the spiritual life and life spiritualized, in which the soul is true to goodness, the joy, the decent work, hope and trust in God.

This life that appreciates the virtues and exalts the fraternal harmony in society.

The most numerous references regarding the bright existence of Jesus are in the texts of the Evangelists.

Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, each one of them in his time and his own way, left recorded precious details of their lives with This Being of Light or the narratives that were made by those who had lived with Him.

That we can all dive deeply into the crystal clear water of the Gospel and thus, be touched by the peace of Jesus, meditate on His message.

Let ourselves be imbued by His perfume so we may be able to spread this Divine essence.

This Christmas, let us keep in our hearts this Heavenly Friend whom has once been in the atmosphere of the world and left, in our sidereal home, the scent of pure and high love.

Let us meditate on the true role of Christ in the life of each one and keep alive in us His message, going forward with the certainty that He pursues, lofty, basing the smallness human.
