In the last ten years we gave each other the hand e decided to walk together.

Not as only one, because as “two” we are bigger, stronger; we support each other in the climbing of the days, one promoting the other for the High; we sustain each other in the imminence of each possible fall, one holding the other.

As “two” we are different and our differences complement each other, proving that there can be harmony in the Universe, even when the thoughts are distinct, even when the opinions are opposite.

In the last ten years we started a life within a life, because our meeting was a rebirth.

What was life like before the “us”? Before we met? It seems, sometimes, a memory of another existence, because this new living is so vibrant, so intense, that ten years seem almost a hundred.

In the last ten years we gave ourselves children… And with them came many things…

Came the maturity because having these beings under our responsibilities is an invitation to maturity.

We go back being children in so many aspects… In the best of them, in fact…

When diving, daily, in the world of the little ones, we go back on being like them a little. We wake up our boy and girl of yesterday, and play all the four of us together, happy…

With the arrival of our children a little of our selfishness was gone… Yes, now it seems much more natural to think in the other and forget a bit of us.

We live in the light of them and this makes us feel well, fulfill us, bring us joy, not by the idea of reward, because we do not care about this, but for the mere possibility of serving...

In the last ten years we have created a new family and have begun to understand the word “legacy”.

In the last ten years we have learned that if one does not listen to the other, the love goes deaf.

In the last ten years the love has changed colors, smell, taste, touch. The love has transformed, but never stopped being love… And never stopped growing.

Over the past ten years… I always wanted to come back home to see you…

The permanent union of two beings is a progress in the march of Humanity.

It is a great blow on the selfishness and pride, when we take seriously this valuable and intense compromise that we handle the highest flights of evolution.

The fraternal solidarity that is established invites us to think of the other, to consider the other, to donate ourselves spontaneously.

Ten, thirty, fifty, seventy years of marriage in harmony, even going through countless tribulations - yet natural in the world - represents the victory of love over the darkness, victory of light over the shadows.

Believe in your marriage. Believe in mature love that supports and surpasses everything.

Do not create illusions of perfect relationships in a world of imperfect beings. Do not create too much expectations. Do not expect anything from the other. Expect from yourself.

Surprise, charm, mark your history, love intensely and make unforgettable your life and the life of the other.
