Some would believe that acts of goodness, that demonstrate high virtues, should not be reported, much less praised.

With this, a culture of evidencing only the evil, the bad actions that take the headlines is created, every day, injuring our sensitivity, such by written, spoken or televised press.    

True that the Gospel precept says that the left hand should not know what the right one gives. Naturally, what Jesus taught is not to announce yourself, the apology of our own works.  

But, in the days in which we live, much wickedness taking over the news, of the hypocrisy and corruption doing school, the initiative of a shopping mall in Australia was not only unusual, but example to be deployed, in other locations.

A team was hired to produce a test and prepared everything in detail, installing photographic equipment and sound pickup, positioning its staff in strategic places.

It all begins with a boy who, purposely, drops a pair of glasses on the floor of one of the busy corridors of the mall. The result was fabulous.  

Many people, young, elderly, men and women took the glasses to the lost and found place. The attendant, well trained, had the care of asking the name of the person and, pretending to be sloppy, dropped something on the floor, while pressed a camera to shoot who made the delivery of the object.  

And, when people thought that the story ended there, the tributes began. Where they went, by the mall, they saw their pictures with the sentence: Thank you for your honesty!

There were they in giant monitors, in electronic messages, in billboards: This is the new face of honesty.

In the store windows, even custom cakes, with phrases such as: The honest Marina.

Their reaction was of surprise and happiness. Shouts as Oh, my God! What is this? Wow, my picture!

At the end, almost to the exit, more surprises: applauses from a small committee and a bouquet of flowers.

The theme of the campaign is: Honesty cannot be without reward.

How good it would be if the radio stations and TV, if the newspaper began to seek out the news of good and reported the acts of altruism, of dedication, of love to the similar.  

Our world would take another color. And, as a matter of contagion of good, soon these gestures would multiply in a arithmetic way, geometric.

This is what the world needs: good news, show the faces of those who practice the good.

Soon, the evil would decrease, as a matter of imitation. Seeing so many carry out positive things, knowing how they did so, how many would feel motivated to follow in the footsteps?  

Let us think about this and, in a particular way, let us begin today to seek positive news and disseminate them among our acquaintances, family and friends.

Let us begin with the chain of the good news. Let us begin to change the panorama of the world.

Let us become the reporters of the good, the love and see the place whee we live, where we work, soon modify.

 Let us begin today. The world awaits.
