To what extent will the capacity for love of the human being? How long does the love last?

A poet of music once said that love is eternal while it lasts.

And all the disappointed, betrayed and abandoned people have their very own prints about love, where the main emphasis is that eternal love does not exist.

Contradicting all this, a few facts, that the television or printed media brings us, affirm that true love is an unequaled symphony.

It was with this feeling that Chris Medina, a twenty-seven year old guy, presented himself in a talent show, singing a song of his own.

The verses were something like this:

Anywhere you are, I am near. Anywhere you go, I will be there.

Anytime you whisper my name, you will see how I keep every single promise. What kind of guy would I be if I left when you needed me the most?

What are words if you really do not mean them when you say them? If they are only for good times then they are nothing at all.

When it is love, if you say them out loud those words never go away. They live on, even when we are gone.

And I know an angel was sent just for me. And I know I should be where I am. And I am going to be by your side tonight.

I would never leave when you need me the most.

I am going to keep my angel close forever.

He failed to win all the phases of the contest, being eliminated, at a certain stage, but his history has led to tears the judges and the present audience.

Because his composition shows exactly his drama and personal decision. It is a true love declaration.

He was engaged and two years early had proposed to Juliana Ramos. The beautiful young girl, enthusiastic. They formed a neat couple.

Two months before the wedding, on the second of October of 2009, the car Juliana was in was hit by a truck. She almost did not survive.

A severe fracture to the skull disfigured her face and turned her into a woman with many physical limitations.

The beauty was gone, the agility, the easy smile, the hiking, the dance, the joy of all times.

He remained by her side. Take her with him wherever he goes. And he performs to raise funds for the treatment she needs.

And he externalizes this by singing and acting.

When we love the beauty and it is gone, love ends. When we love the perfect shape, the plastic, the harmonic lines of the body and all that goes away, love also slips away.

When we love appearances and other reality appears, love ends.

When we love the transience, love fades away when the situations change.

But when we love the essence, nothing diminishes the feeling.

This love is companion, supportive, takes great care to ensure that the other feels good, be happy.

Yours is the concern to make the happiness of the other.

Love like this perpetuates in time, independent of the sum of years, the proliferation of wrinkles or decline of agility.

It is the love that can grow old together and as much time passes, more it solidifies.
