The alarm rings and you wake up. You open your eyes and contemplate the same scenes from yesterday.

The suffered pains quickly pass by your mind as in a movie set.

You feel your body tired and aching. In your mouth, you feel the taste of bitterness that, as gall, hurts the palate.

New day ... Despite the night sleep, the struggles will not be new.

The financial problems were not solved in a matter of hours. The illness that hit your home has not gone away. Instead, you feel it more present than ever in the groans that already reach your ears.

We must get out of bed and return to the struggles. The same struggle.

Do you feel discouraged and think: Why didn't God take my life while I slept? I am exhausted. I do not want to suffer or struggle anymore.

However, the minutes run fast and you must resume activities.

Between sadness and dismay, you get up and open the window.

At that instant the sun fully shines on your face and lights up your room.

Let there be light and the light beats the darkness.

It's a new day! - The sun tells you.

There is joy in the air! - The birds sing.

The morning breeze surrounds you and nature invites you to rethink your intimate decisions.

Stop for a moment. Fill your lungs with fresh air from the morning. Breathe deeply. Contemplate the blue sky and direct your prayer to the Creator.

A prayer of gratitude for another day in your body. Instead of begging God to take your life, beg Him forces to fight.

It's a new day. You cannot imagine what Deity has reserved for you today.

Think of how many people would wish to be in your place now.

Illness, pain, and unemployment are problems to be managed and addressed throughout life.

Remember that the Divinity has provided you a day of light for you to train discipline, patience, and forgiveness again.

Do not miss the opportunity. Do not throw away the chances of growth and redemption.

And today, as you suffer, struggle and wait; rejoice with the sounds of life, with the smiles of children, with the colorful nature that the Father Creator has arranged especially for you.

Smile. The fights may be similar but not identical.

For there has never been days like this and there will never be again.

God does not repeat Himself. Pause and find out the details and see the wealth that surrounds you.

Friends, colleagues, jokes, hugs.

Nothing will be the same as it once was.

Enjoy this day to its fullness, because one can live days like this only once.

Each day is a new blessing. Every minute is a spontaneous opportunity for growth.
