ícone Law of Cooperation

Higher Spirituality teaches us that isolation is contrary to human nature.

According to it, man is instinctively gregarious for divine reasons.

Men need to progress and progress is always a collaborative effort.

In general men seek life in society for personal reasons.

As a matter of fact creatures have different abilities and characteristics.

Through interaction they can benefit from their mutual talents and learn from each other.

Rightly so, the strength of a society comes from the diversity of its members.

When diversity is valued, a dynamic and efficient social organization exists.

However any attempt to standardize it with intolerance to diversity brings weakness.

It can be drawn that a general Law of Cooperation prevails in human nature.

It presents itself in various contexts, from mundane to sublime.

For example Jesus came to Earth to teach and exemplify the experience of good in conformity with the Divine plan.

Althought He was equipped with extreme wisdom and purity, He sought companions to assist in the mission.

He chose twelve Apostles, whom He gave the most varied teachings.

He guided, polished, and assisted them to sustain in due time the living of the Gospel in the world.

The Apostles were different among themselves.

There were the reflective, the exalted, the emotional and the practical ones.

Jesus did not despise any. On the contrary, He valued and used their different skills for the success of the evangelical enterprise.

In so proceeding, the Divine Master certainly signaled the importance of cooperation and tolerance.

He was equipped with unknown magnetic powers and extraordinary wisdom, yet He did not choose to do everything Himself.

He knew how to share the task burden with rough men who did not understand Him well.

This eloquent example deserves careful analisis.

Life in society is not always easy.

Between people of different views and skills, sometimes there are discussions and disagreements.

But as a matter of fact good is never the work of a single man.

Every important achievement is always the result of the efforts of countless involved.

One must only be tolerant to cope with the different.

In order to achieve the best results, one must learn to admire divergent views.

Not just tolerate them, but value their positive aspects.

Without a doubt, it is possible to act alone in pursue of an ideal.

However when many hands are joined together, good multiplies and expands.

Think about it.
