ícone The good is tireless

In one of his famous Epistles, Paul of Tarsus has urged his fellow believers to never get tired of doing good.

Even today, men remain in need of such advice.

It is common to find people who claim to be tired of doing good.

They complain that their fair conduct does not produce the desired results.

They complain about the ingratitude of others.

They contend that the dishonest and wicked prosper unduly.

However, similar claims would never come from a pure source.

Many say they are lovers and practitioners of good, but first and foremost seek to satisfy their personal interests.

When unable to meet their selfish purposes, they fall into a state of boredom close to despair.

If they loved good, without any hidden purpose, they would be satisfied with the correctness of their own conduct.

Great caution is essential as we begin to get tired of the good fight.

When we start thinking about the evils that reach us after having planted or nurtured good.

Are we acting correctly in the hope of obtaining privileges of the Cosmic Order?

Do we believe that honesty or good work shall operate as a shield to the pains of our own human condition?

Do we accept to live with dignity, but provided that our paths are always full of flowers?

The sincere student of the Gospel is aware that Jesus performs His ministry of love without being exhausted.

Since the early creation of the planet, the Master works for all its residents entrusted to Him by the Deity.

Many Spirits committed to building well on Earth, but declined at the time of testimony.

Countless beautiful promises made in the spiritual plan have not been materialized.

However, the achievement of these deeds would work primarily as an illuminating factor to the same ones involved.

The others would benefit from the examples received, but the light would really shine deep in the hearts of good practitioners.

Even after seeing the detours and setbacks of His emissaries, the patience of Christ is never depleted.

He follows all: correcting, loving and tolerating.

He stretches His compassionate arms tirelessly and always provides opportunities for other renewal activities.

Thus, Jesus has provided support and waited for many centuries.

Why would fallible, strong minded men not experience some minor disappointments for a few days?

Paul's observation to his brothers is fair and remains current.

Who really loves the good is never tired of practicing and living it.

If you get tired of the good way, this is a personal disaster.

It signals that you could not emerge from the evil that still resides in you.

Think about it.
