In the biblical book entitled Book of Tobit, a story is told about a father who was searching for companion to his son, named Tobit, young and inexperienced, that should perform a long and dangerous trip.

A young man presented himself and was chosen by that father, starting the trip.

In certain moment of the journey, a huge fish was caught by Tobit and his companion instructed him to be careful when extracting the animal´s liver and to keep it, carefully.

During the path, more than once, the advices and care of the young man were especially important to the success of the trip.

Both of them reached their destination, Tobit realized the task which his father had put him in charge of and they returned, safe and sound.

Big it was the joy of that father for having his son back, unharmed, healthy.

When thanking, effusively, to the devoted companion, he is surprised with an attitude of him.

The young commanded Tobit to prepare, in a peculiar way, the liver from the fish that had been caught in the trip.

After it, told him to put the paste he had made on his father´s eyes, who was blind. To everyone´s astonishment, soon, his father had his sight recovered.

Even more grateful, the father wanted to reward that man, sumptuously. Although, he disappeared in front of his eyes, realizing everybody that he was a Lord´s angel.

This narrative tells us about the extension of the spiritual assistance. A celestial messenger makes himself visible and takes care, with devotion, of a family.

Accompanies the young son in his long journey. Assists him to carry out the mission his father has asked him to do.

Advises him in the preparation of the medicine that provides the cure to the blindness of the patriarch of the family.

Many blessings are given!

Like that it is our life, although subtler.

Every day, through intuition, from happy ideas, orientations come to us, about procedures to be adopted, in particular situations.

Almost always, we consider our very own ideas, without being thankful to the messengers of God for that.

Uncountable times we are saved from imminent danger, distracted of embarrassing situations for those self-sacrificing spiritual beings, who keep vigil over us, on demand of the Father of all of us.

They show themselves always alert, discharging of their missions in a special way.

If we pay attention, we can notice the friendly presence, numerous times, helping us, assisting us.

We must seek their voices to be happier and successful in all of our ventures.
