Have you ever thought about how important your home is?

We do not mean the financial value of your house, but the importance of the warmness of a home.

In our everyday haste, many of us do not think about what it means to have a home to go back to at the end of a hard day's work.

However, home is the secure base for everyone who owns this precious treasure.

We have accompanied  the lives of many people who accomplished success in arts, music, sports, and all of them point to familiar union as a secure support.

There are people who fought against difficulties, who endured all kinds of necessities, but managed to achieve success thanks to the help and dignity of their parents, who offered them assistance to overcome all obstacles.

That is why we say home is an indispensable element to achieve success.

It does not matter the size of the construction or even the material of what it is made, what is important is that it must be a true love nest, with friendship and affection.

It can be a mansion or a shed...

A bungalow or a simple shack...

Maybe there is no bread, but there must be the tender hug of a dedicated mother...

Maybe there is no comfortable bed, but there must be the strong arms of a father who helps and guides...

Maybe there is no luxury, but there must be the delicate touch of a careful mother.

Maybe there is not much, but there must be the friendly dialogue that narrows the bond amongst people and makes a bridge of understanding in all situations.

The house can be fragile and not offer much resistance against the cold rain, but the home must be strong enough to resist the challenge of drugs and all other viciousness.

The building may rock with the whips of the impetuous wind, but the home must stand firmly against rough assaults of indignity and dishonour.

If you had never thought about it, do it now.

When it gets dark, at twilight, the sun says goodbye to the day and the dark mantel of night extends itself over the city, and you, defeated by tiredness, see your home and a family member with open arms saying:

Hi! How was your day?- you will realize how significant it is to go back home.

With sun or rain, this is our home that welcomes us and gives us shelter.

That is why we should give the right value to this secure refuge where we spend most part of our lives, appreciating also the ones who share this small oasis with us and do everything to make sure it is our safe harbour.

And let us never forget that a home, even when marked by pain caused by the growth of the ones who constitute it, is a purifying workshop where the timeless and secure basis of Humanity should be worked on.
