ícone Where we go to when we fall asleep

It was a sunny day by the seashore.

The wife had just woken up eagerly willing to narrate her husband the experience she had had the night before.

They had been physically apart, in different cities, for 5 days and they were both extremely homesick.

They had been sharing the same bed and life for over thirty years, so every single moment apart was deeply felt by both of them.

She calls him and says she had had a very special feeling the night before.

Laying in bed, right after having fallen asleep, she had felt his perfume as if he had just left the shower and laid down by her side, as he always used to at home.

Besides the pleasant aroma, she had noticed a very strong presence, as if he had really been there.

She turned around quickly, but saw nobody.

The husband, on the other side of the line, was listening to everything and was deeply touched.

When she finished, it was his turn to say:

Well, I also had a singular experience last night.

I woke up in the middle of the night and was sure you were sleeping right by my side. When I looked at your side of the bed, I did not see anything.

They both ended the conversation surprised and saying:

Well…I guess we met each other last night!

Many of us have very peculiar stories about the period when we are asleep.

Those who are able to clearly remember their dreams bring back very rich experiences that sometimes deserve our analysis.

Where do we go to when we are asleep? Are all these memories just a product of our brain?

Spiritism clarifies that during the time we fall asleep the soul emancipates itself, that is, it leaves the body temporarily.

Thus, what we know as dreams are indeed, memories from what the Spirit sees and lives during this period.

When the eyes shut during the sleep time, our Spirit leaves the body by magnetic influx and quickly reaches its favorite places.

Through the attraction produced by affinity, we many times search for those we love, friends, partners and our beloved ones.

That is why those who love each other very much while on Earth may meet in space and remain together.

That is how we meet the beloved Spirits that are no longer physically with us and share unforgettable moments with them.

We sometimes remember these moments, most of the time we do not, but we always bring inside good feelings or the sense of having experienced a pleasant situation.

The Spirit wanders wherever it wants to, and even during our resting moments, we will notice it is active, always.

We can prepare ourselves better in order to have good dreams.

Of course the daily facts and our emotional status will influence our dream ventures, but we can take a few actions to better enjoy this period:

        instructive and helpful reading,

        saying sincere prayers,

listening to music that calms us down,

        taking some time to meditate.

All the ingredients above collaborate in a way that our last impressions of the day are positive and are carried along with us, making it easier for the soul to emancipate.

        Sweet dreams...
