ícone The hunches in our lives

Have you ever had a sudden thought which impels you to take a certain attitude?

Something you do because you felt a nearly irresistible desire to do, without really knowing exactly why?

However, after sometime, you realize that attitude actually saved your life, or prevented you from doing something silly.

Something like a planned trip that, at the last minute, one decides to cancel; a business which one has been thinking about for a long time but aborted it when was just about to concretize it.

A property which would be sold to so and so and one opts for declining the sale; a child who would be left at someone’s house, and you change your mind, etc, etc.

Apparently, these are simple situations, common ones. Every day affairs. However, the fact that you did the opposite of what had been programmed or changed something that had been done the same way for a long time, might decide for your life.

        Or might make it better.

Details which you will only be aware of some time later.

That is the case of that young girl aged 17. She lived in a blind alley.

One morning, she was in her bedroom, getting ready to go out. An impulse made her look at her bed which was under the window and push it next to the opposite wall.

It seemed like a mental command. She did not think twice.

When she was going out through the door, she looked again at her room and could not understand what she had just done.

She was not a creative person when it came to decoration. Normally, she would decide the position of a piece of furniture and would not move it anymore.

For a short while, she tried to understand why she had done that. But soon after, she decided to go out and go on to life demands.

The school, friends, study. There were far too many things to be done, to be said, to live.

That evening, she went to a party, and came back home quite late. One o’clock in the morning.

She was so tired she actually jumped into bed and felt asleep immediately.

In the middle of the night, a huge noise woke her up.

Lights, pieces of broken cement and the front bit of a truck were inside her bedroom.

Blocks of cement hit her bed. The bedroom was taken by a cloud of dust.

She jumped out of bed, frightened. Inside the truck, there was a woman.

Her face was bleeding, but even though, she was trying to reverse the truck.

Later on, it was said that the woman, completely drugged, had driven across three lanes, hit the garden’s fence and invaded the bedroom.

Once the fear was gone, the young girl became angry about the risk she had just gone through.

Later, she thanked for being alive.

However, it was only when she realized that, if she had not changed the position of her bed hours earlier, the impact of the truck would have killed her, that she really felt blessed for still being alive.

And she thanked the hunch she had had, which she followed so promptly.

In the new arrangement, the right side of the truck was thirty centimetres far from her head.

Hunch, sometimes, is an inner and occult advice from a Spirit who wishes us the best.

When uncertain about accepting the hunch or not, pray to God, Sovereign Sir of all and everything.

He will send one of His messengers to help you.

        Think about it!
